Get your business in front of nearly 1,000 attendees! Your ad will be featured on our massive 11ft × 20ft screen, seen repeatedly throughout the entire event.

• Ad Size: 11ft × 20ft full-color advertisement • Display Location: Shown on our BIG SCREEN • Ad Duration: Displayed for 20 seconds at a time

Timing: • Begins at 1:30 PM during setup time • Runs continuously until the event ends at 7:00 PM

Ad Loop Details: • Your ad will appear in a loop with other ads • Maximum of 30 ads in total (assuming all are sold)

Exposure Estimate: • With all 30 spots filled, your ad will be shown approximately 33 times. • Ads rotate every 10 minutes.

Submission Options: You can submit your content in one of the following ways:

A 1920×1080 20-second video ad, or

One 1920×1080 JPEG image, or

Up to three (3) JPEG images, and we’ll spread them evenly to fill your 20-second ad slot.
