Vendor Spot – Evening Mixer (Thursday, July 9, 2026)

Vendors are required to bring their own 6 ft. table; Chairs provided upon request.

Setup begins at 4:00 PM and you must be fully set up by 5:15 PM. If you are not checked in and set up by 5:15 PM, you will lose your spot and will not be allowed to set up.

Power is available but not guaranteed; you may use a battery pack if needed (no generators allowed).

Food vendors are not permitted to cook on-site, and all food must be pre-approved prior to the event.

Nothing may be stuck, glued, or taped to the walls, and any damages to the venue will be the vendor’s responsibility.
